We have limited staff and unfortunately we are unable to provide reminder phone calls

Please make sure you mark your calendar after finalizing your appointment.

Pick up is NO later than 5pm. A PAAWS RI staff member will call you to let you know how your cat made out during surgery AND may give you an earlier pick up time if desired.
If you come with more than one cat, it is important they leave in SEPARATE carriers.
