HOW TO HELP
MEET SUZIE
In November of 2010, Suzie was found on the side of the road after being hit by a car. Suzie was originally brought into our shelter to be euthanized. Instead of euthanizing a special needs cat; we were able to give her the treatment she needs. Suzie is a paraplegic cat, meaning she will never regain movement in her hind legs; however she gets around just fine!
Suzie does not let her disability control her, she can climb up onto chairs and glide around the room gracefully. Suzie lives a comfortable, pain-free life here at our shelter. She has become our resident greeter and shelter mascot!

DONATE TO HELP OUR CAUSE
PAAWS RI solely relies on the support of our community to fund the work we do. There are a number of ways you can donate to benefit the cats and kittens in our program. Every little bit helps!
